Happy Tuesday!

I'm a social butterfly and I LOVE connecting with fans of Simply Paleo.  I thought it would be fun to share some strange facts about myself.  In return, send me an email at lauren@simplypaleo.com and share 17 things about yourself!  Let's be buds and share the #paleolove!!

1.  I hate thunder and lightening.  Hate is an understatement, I LOATHE it.

2.  I sometimes accidentally under cook chicken (ask Nicole).  Gross.

3.  My husband and I have a really weird "voice" for our boxer.  Meaning, she can't talk but we pretend and talk for her in the "voice."  She is witty, quite bitchy and intolerant of most human activity.

4.  I only own 2 pairs of undies that aren't from Victoria's Secret.

5.  I've played the piano since I was 3 and kick myself everyday that I don't play (It's in my 2014 work plan).

6.  I'm really good at roasting anything.  I'll roast your Havi's and make them taste good, honest.

7.  I will kick your ever loving ass on a snowboard.  16 years and counting. Any challengers?

8. I can't stand the thought of putting my teeth to fabric.

9. I often think of starting a group called Lululemon Anonymous to help those of us with a Lulu obsession.

10. I'm an only child and I'm left handed.  So that makes me double weird.

11.  My favorite color is red.

12.  I live in Santa Barbara and think it's the most incredible city in the world.

13. My maiden last name is Mouchou (French but pronounced Moo-Shoo).  People would always ask if I was Asian, like Mushu Pork.  I would say yes.

14. I recently quit my stressful and unrewarding day job to focus on Simply Paleo and my cookbook.  Check out the Kickstarter Campaign HERE to reserve your copy!

15. My favorite cheat is Flaming Hot Cheetos.  SO bad but I can't help it!

16. I'm going to Belize for 2 weeks tomorrow (WOO!).  Where my Belizeans at!?

17. Jellyfish are my worst enemies and I've been stung more times than I can count.  My husband says this is all in my head.  The rashes and excruciating pain say otherwise.

Anything else you want to know? Just ask!

Live to Thrive,

Lauren
