Hey Pretty Thang!

Holy macaroni, the first round of the Primal Vixen Program is finally complete. I had the opportunity to coach some AMAZING women who got some amazing results. It's crazy, I feel like this program is exactly what I was put on this planet to do and although I've got some small tweaks to make the next round even better, this first run through was more than I could have ever hoped for! We conquered fears, shattered boundaries, learned to love ourselves and created some amazing relationships within the Sister Vixens. I really feel that it takes around 12 weeks of good, hard work to create new habits to last a lifetime, and my Vixens are absolutely raving about the experience.  Stay tuned for some spectacular testimonials!
