Happy Thursday Darlings!!

Now, I know that it's been a few days, so while a wallow in guilt I thought I'd peak your interest with a giveaway AND a recipe! Man, I missed you guys :).

Now for deliciousness.  Have you ever had one of those nights where you just don't want to cook much but you have to because you need to feed you and your husband and you both need stuff for lunch the next day???? **gasp** Well that's what happened to me on Tuesday night and Jer and I came up with a lovely solution.

THROW EVERYTHING ON THE GRILL!

What we had:

1lb carne asada

1 lb flat iron steak- ps: cheap and really good texture!!!

4 grassfed beef patties

1 ahi tuna steak

5 zucchini

2 portabella mushrooms

Season your meat and whatever else you have to your liking.  We used a Cajun seasoning on the meat and coconut aminos and sesame seeds for the ahi.  We slathered the veggies in walnut oil and salt and pepper.  Just google how how to BBQ each of the items you're throwing on the grill (in terms of minutes) and you're sure to have a feast for dinner and lunches to come! Enjoy!
