Happy Tuesday Love Muffins!
On tap today is an easy little ditty that's pretty heart warming. I got some wonderful spicy Italian sausage from Jimenez Family Farms and threw everything together for a nice Paleo sausage hash, skillet, throw together. Whatever you want to call it! It's a wonderful weeknight dish and is amazing for the coming fall months.
Paleo Sausage Hash
Get It:
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 6 leaves Dino kale
- 1/2 cup leeks
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp walnut oil (or fat of your choice
- Salt and pep
- 4 links sausage
Do It:
- Throw everything in one saute pan but the sausage on medium heat.
- In another small pan, brown the sausage if it's raw.
- Toss everything together in the larger pan and let it get happy for about 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
