Happy Tuesday Love Muffins!

On tap today is an easy little ditty that's pretty heart warming.  I got some wonderful spicy Italian sausage from Jimenez Family Farms and threw everything together for a nice Paleo sausage hash, skillet, throw together.  Whatever you want to call it! It's a wonderful weeknight dish and is amazing for the coming fall months.

Paleo Sausage Hash

Get It:

  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 6 leaves Dino kale
  • 1/2 cup leeks
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp walnut oil (or fat of  your choice
  • Salt and pep
  • 4 links sausage

Do It:

  • Throw everything in one saute pan but the sausage on medium heat.
  • In another small pan, brown the sausage if it's raw.
  • Toss everything together in the larger pan and let it get happy for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
