Smell that? Love is in the air! Actually that's kind of gross, I can't smell love. Anyway, that special Hallmark holiday is coming up where people either have to randomly spend crazy amounts of money to show how much they love someone or they sit in a dark corner cursing the world whilst eating a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Either way, I've created a yummy menu for your special night. Screw that giant, evil corporation named Hallmark and instead, support your local farms and businesses by making a delicious meal of food.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Valentine's Day, I get that it's a day to celebrate love and since FOOD IS LOVE, we should celebrate food!! See what I did there?! PS - Speaking of giant corporations - Jeremy - if there isn't a blue box with a white ribbon on the counter on V-Day you're in big trouble :)!

If you didn't read my post yesterday about Paleo Entertaining, you should. It's has a bunch of tips to create a really beautiful dinner party, even if it's just for 1 or 2 people! Follow those instructions and create the menu below for a FABULOUS V-Day celebration.
