Happy Friday Bumpkins!

I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of each other in the near future. The Whole 30 Challenge usually works best when I don't go out, less temptation. So my Friday consists of getting a new (and really cool) post out there and going to bed early. I'm also drinking a Perrier right now. WHOA WILD WOMAN! GEEEEEZ.

Now, I have pure brilliance for you. I love to snack and it's hard to come up with new ones to keep you satisfied so check this out. I've got 2 packs for your snacking delight.

For the 1st, what you do is chop us a bunch of veggies (listed below, I didn't have cucumber but this would be a great addition) and lay them out on a cutting board. Make sure you wash them too :). Get out some zip lock baggies (always rinse and re-use these if you can!) or tupperware and take a small handful of each and fill them up. You should end up with about 5 bags full. Perfect for on the go and you've got yourself a nice hefty serving of vegetables. Also, tonight, I made a salad and I just chopped up the contents of one of the bags and added it to some nice greens. Voila!

Paleo Snack Pack #1 - You'll Need:

1 bunch celery

1 bunch radishes

1 bunch carrots

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

Ziplock bags or small Tupperware

Paleo Snack Pack #2 - You'll Need:

Hard boil some eggs. Do a dozen if you eat them a lot (like we do). The perfect method for HB-ing eggs is to put them in the pot in a single layer in cold water. Bring them to a boil, turn the heat off, leave them in the water and set the timer on for 18 minutes. Then just rinse them in cool water and allow to cool a bit and peel with ease (thanks Mommy!!).

Okay now that that's going you'll need a few pieces of foil. These will make your little seasoning packets for your eggs! I use salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Next, all you need to do is fold up 2 of the sides and fold the others in as well and place them in the baggy with your HB'd eggs. YUM.

Happy snacking!!

Lauren
