4 Step Perfect Paleo Mayo
Hello Loves!
I wanted to share my 4 Step-Perfect Paleo Mayo recipe with you! It's a variation of Paleo Comfort Foods' and is just wonderful. You can make all kinds of things with it! Tuna and chicken salads, all kinds of aioli's, creamy salad dressings (cole slaw!) and more! I make mine at the beginning of the week and store it in a large mason jar. It lasts for about 2 weeks. In the above below, I added a chopped adobo chile to the food processor with 1/2 cup Paleo mayo.
Ingredients
- almond oil - 2 cups
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- room temp eggs - 2
- mustard powder - 1 tbsp
- Pinch of salt and pep
- Immersion blender or food processor
Instructions
- Add the room temp eggs, mustard powder, S&P and lemon juice.
- Blend until frothy.
- DRIP BY DRIP add the almond oil with the food processor running, after about 1/2 is added you can speed up the process.
- Serve!
Notes
If you use an immersion blender, just add all the ingredients in a large mason jar!
