Hey Gang!

Happy Christmas Eve!  If you haven't been keeping up, Jer and I just wrapped up a 40 hour road trip from California to Mississippi. I wanted to make sure we stayed on track and kept our bodies fueled even though we'd be sitting for so long. Since my husband is a lunatic (love you babe :)), we only ended up sleeping for about 4 hours with the Jeep running on the side of the road and rotated shifts. Since we drove, we got to bring our doggie and we're so happy to be settled in and comfy! Also went for a nice long walk and did some rolling.  Phew!

IMPORTANT NOTE - try and do 20 squats every time you stop!

For Comfort - since bringing these items on a road trip, I'll never try and convince myself there's no space for them. They're essential!!
