Spicy Herbed Shrimp Skewers

Got another yummy recipe for you! Spicy herbed shrimp skewers for the grill. Jeremy (hubs) loves shrimp. And when I say love, I mean he LOVES them. Here's to all the shrimp lovers out there!

Fire up the BBQ and eat some shrimp!
Ingredients
- wild caught shrimp (medium or large size)- tail on - 1 bag
- EVOO - 3 tbsp
- fresh oregano - 1 tbsp, chopped
- fresh tarragon - 1 tbsp, chopped
- Sriracha sauce
- Salt and Pep
- Wood skewers
Instructions
- Soak the skewers in H2O for about 15 minutes this way they won't burn on the grill.
- Start your coals on the BBQ or heat your gas grill to about 300.
- Place your thawed shrimp on the skewers, sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt and pepper, EVOO and finally top them off with a dollop of Sriracha.
- Grill until they're pink and enjoy!
Notes
You can soak your skewers overnight too!
