The Best Damn Paleo Burger
THIS my friends, is the beginning of a gorgeous burger. Get out your fork and knife with this baby and make sure you have some extra napkins!
An amazing burger with everything on it.
Ingredients
- grass fed ground beef - 1 lb
- sausage link - 1
- bacon - 4 slices, cooked
- white onion - 1
- avocado - 1
- eggs - 3, (one for the ground beef)
- mushrooms - 1 pack (about 15)
- butter - 3 tbsp
- lettuce - 4 pieces
- mustard
Instructions
- Cook the bacon.
- After the bacon is done, place the sliced sweet potatoes on the SAME baking sheet. Yes, we're making bacon grease sweet potato fries (375 for 20 minutes).
- Fire up the grill for the burgers, sausage and onions.
- Make the patties. I made two, 1/2 pound patties. I added one egg and salt and pepper.
- Cook the burgers for about 7 minutes per side, depending on how hot your grill is and how you like your burgers cooked.
- Start up the mushrooms with 3 tbsp butter and the wine and sauté for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Fry the eggs with a bit of butter as well,
- Follow the pictures below to assemble :)

I forgot to photo the step with the mushrooms! Pile them on whenever you want!
