Happy Thursday, Thriving Thinkers!
Tonight is a big night! Tonight....I shall conquer the LAMB, rack of lamb to be exact. I'm super bummed out that my hubby won't be able to experience this with me, he got called out on a storm and could be gone for 2 weeks!! My boot camp babes are quick to step in an ease the blow (thanks girls, can't wait to see you!). So if my posts get whiny and strangely frequent someone please remind me to stop berating you and remember our soldiers' wives that are gone for years! Love you babe, I miss you already.

I am IN LOVE with Nom Nom Paleo. She is so funny and so creative with her cooking all while being a mom and a nurse! Here are some of my favorites I wanted to share with you.
